Is this the same as telehealth PT?

No. Custom Programming is a prescriptive exercise program delivered via the PT Everywhere app — not a telehealth physical therapy service. You receive a fully individualized program, video guidance, and accountability support, but it is not a substitute for in-person PT evaluation and treatment.

How does the program get delivered?

Your program is built and pushed directly to your phone through our app. Each exercise includes video demonstrations and coaching notes so you know exactly what to do and why.

Do I need to be a current patient to get a program?

Not necessarily. Jordan does conduct an initial assessment or onboarding call before building your program — so he can design something grounded in your movement, history, and goals rather than a generic starting point.

How often does the program update?

Programs are updated based on your progress, feedback, and milestones. Jordan monitors how you're responding and adjusts loading, volume, and exercise selection to keep you moving forward.

Can I combine this with in-person sessions?

Absolutely — and many clients do. In-person Performance Physio sessions combined with app-delivered programming between visits is the full blended care model Jordan uses to drive complete, lasting outcomes.
